Shipping Information
You can have your order shipped or collect it from our wholesale outlet. If you pick it up, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready. If you choose shipping, we aim to have your order ready within two weeks. 2 to 3 working days via PostNL send.
Netherlands
Shipping costs are €6.58 per 23 kg. When spending from €300 excl. VAT we do not charge shipping costs, provided the total weight under 23 kg remains. At a higher weight, a one-off surcharge of €6,58 calculated.
Belgium & Germany
For orders to Belgium shipping costs €9.48 per 23 kg, and for Germany €14.38 per 23 kg. When spending from €300 excl. VAT shipping costs are free up to 23 kg. For a higher weight, a one-off surcharge will be charged equal to the rate for 23 kg in the country concerned.
Other countries
For other countries, shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight. These costs will be afterwards determined and added to the invoice.
We work with preset weight classes for shipping costs. It is therefore possible that the weight calculated by us differs slightly from your own measurement. As the shipping costs are based on this, we cannot adjust them afterwards and they are not refundable.
